Terms
The deal, in plain words

What this is
Superstatus is a personal project run by one person, offered by invitation to a small number of people. It is not a company and not a paid service. It is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is available, correct or complete.
What it is not
Superstatus reads shops’ emails and shows you what it found. It can misread one. A return window it shows is its best reading of a shop’s own words and the law, not legal advice, and the shop’s own terms decide. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. It never contacts a shop on your behalf; when it offers to chase a refund, it writes the message and you send it.
Your account
Access is by invitation and can end at any time. Use the mailbox you own. Do not connect a mailbox that belongs to someone else or that holds mail you are not entitled to read.
Ending it
You can disconnect or delete everything whenever you like, without asking and without waiting. If the project stops, you will be told before the data goes, with enough time to get what you want out of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for loss arising from using Superstatus, including a missed return deadline or a refund that never came. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited, including your rights under Dutch and EU consumer law.
